RADIO DIVISION

THE UTAH COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY

The Radio Division consists of the Division Director, Radio Project Manager, Resource Coordination Manager, Network Specialist, and a small group of highly dedicated and skilled technicians that are responsible for keeping multiple complex communications systems operational. UCA technicians take great pride in maintaining these systems and insuring the highest amount of “up time” possible. These systems include a statewide 800 MHz trunked radio network, VHF network, backhaul connectivity, towers, HVAC units, emergency generators, UPS systems and many other crucial communication site components.

The Radio division has over 350 years of collective experience.
